Quantitative Policy Researcher - RAND Corporation

The RAND Corporation is seeking doctoral-level applicants for Quantitative Policy Researcher positions. We are particularly interested in applicants with expertise in health policy, military manpower and compensation, and recovery from natural disasters; however, the area of topical specialization is open as Policy Researchers at RAND work across all RAND research areas, including: health policy, labor and population, education, criminal and civil justice, national security, aging, and military manpower. Successful applicants will have demonstrated quantitative research skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, an interest in building a policy research portfolio, the ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team, a strong commitment to RAND's core values of quality and objectivity, and either a track record or high potential for securing funding to support a research portfolio.
