QUALIFICATIONS:
- Earned doctoral degree in Educational Leadership, Education Policy or closely related area (or anticipated degree completion no later than July 2026)
- Ability to teach courses in two or more of the following areas: education finance, introduction to quantitative research methods, program evaluation, data management in organizations, educational management and leadership, advanced quantitative methods, network improvement communities.
- Experience with education funding and public finance research, preferably situated in either Pre-K-12 public education systems
- Current knowledge of educational leadership theory, research, and practices in the U.S.
- Current knowledge of educational finance research, theory, and practice
- Record of, or potential for scholarship, teaching, and service in the area of educational finance
- Demonstrated strength in leading, conceptualizing, designing, conducting, publishing, and presenting relevant research and scholarship related to education finance
- Successful college/university teaching experience
