The 50th anniversary Plenary Luncheon will feature a premier keynote address, presidential welcome and a host of festivies.  This not-to-be-missed event is included in registration and expected to draw most attendees. Benefits include:

Reception - $5,000

The reception offers attendees an opportunity to relax and network and informally connect with colleagues after a full day of conference sessions. Benefits include:

Poster Session - $4,500

Topical Tracks - $4,000 per track

 AEFP2025 will feature 13 concurrent sessions with up to 12 panels per session. These panels are organized into topical tracks, providing sponsors with the opportunity to support the topic which is most relevant. Benefits include:

• Logo on the welcome screen at start of each relevant concurrent session 
• Logo and welcome message for topical track on the conference app

Flash Talks - $3,500  

To celebrate AEFP's 50th anniversary, the conference will feature 50 Flash Talks, 5-minute presentations highlighting evidence in education policy. Benefits include:

Coffee Breaks - $3,000

Provide refreshments during one of these breaks, which draw a large number of attendees as they mingle and transition between sessions. Benefits include:
